Our interior design office sees itself as a big family because we all share one passion: the passion for living and interior design. Our team is as diverse as our interior design. We complement each other in all of our strengths: advice, planning, support, execution and craftsmanship. All of these facets can be found in our residential studio team.
1996 – Founding of Wohnatelier as a furnishing studio
The residential studio was founded in 1996 by the creative minds Norbert Bergmann, Franz Hechenbichler and Josef Sausgruber. This year the first business premises in the city of Kufstein were occupied.
1999 – Virtual box
Wohnatelier has always been a pioneer: a virtual tour of the house was possible back in 1999.
2000 – Foundation of Virtual Design
This year the concept of the 3D tour was realized in a business idea.
2004 – Location in Kitzbühel
Wohnatelier expands and moves into a second branch in the city of Kitzbühel.
2008 – Virtual Design becomes Plan 360°
We keep up with the ravages of time and see the importance of the architecture inside and the architecture outside. Virtual Design becomes the building construction planning office Plan 360°. The residential studio focuses on planning interior design at the highest level.
2011 – Moving and opening of the showroom in Kitzcorner
With the Kitzcorner in Oberndorf in Tyrol, a brand new showroom is opening in the Kitzbühel district. The planning office and the furniture store are now in Kitzcorner.
2018 – Refresh corporate identity and brand repositioning
Wohnatelier gets a new coat of paint and presents its extensive portfolio online.
2019 – Relocation of the Kufstein branch to the Kaiser Nordwand
The branch in the city of Kufstein is moving to the Kaiser Nordwand in Ebbs and is being expanded to include a small showroom.
2023 – Expansion of the Kaiser Nordwand and Kitzcorner showrooms
In 2023, the showroom in the Kaiser Nordwand will be extensively expanded. The showroom in the Kitzcorner premises is also getting a brand new look.
