Diese Wohnung in Tegernsee, Bayern erstreckt sich über zwei Stockwerke. Aufgabe war es, der Wohnung einen alpinen und gleichzeitig modernen Flair zu verleihen. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bauherrn entstand eine einladende Ferienwohnung, in der die ganze Familie seinen Platz findet. Vor allem wurde hier darauf geachtet, dass alle Materialien miteinander harmonieren und eine gemütliche Wärme ausstrahlen. Besonders breite Dielen von Schotten&Hansen verleihen der ganzen Wohnung einen exklusiven Eindruck.
Time for a break on two levels
On the ground floor is the entrance area, from which there is the children's or guest bathroom as well as the children's room and the office, which also functions as a guest room. You then come to the spacious living and dining area, which is particularly impressive due to its openness and magnificent view. The master area, which was designed to be completely open, is also located on the ground floor. In the basement you will find another guest area, as well as an anteroom, technical room and the wellness area. Attention was paid to the last detail, even the atrium in the basement became a cozy place thanks to the key material: reclaimed wood.
