The single-family house L29 is located in the municipality of Niederndorf in Tyrol / Austria, close to the border with Germany. The special feature of this building is its slightly elevated location directly on a slope at the edge of the forest. The property had been in the family for a long time and could now be converted into a new building to suit the needs of all four residents. Starting with the desire for a black kitchen, the order developed into the complete interior design including material definition with the customer.
